Family
Family Mediation (also known as Family Dispute Resolution) is a way of helping families to reach agreements about what should happen after separation or divorce.
It is a popular alternative to asking the court to make decisions about family issues.
The Family Mediator does not make a decision for the parties. The parties come to an agreement themselves with the support of the mediator.
Parenting
Parenting Mediation is a special type of family mediation which helps separated families come to their own agreements in relation to their children and parenting arrangements.
Financial & Property
Mediation provides the parties with a safe environment to raise the financial issues relevant to them, discuss options and negotiate a settlement. It prevents costly legal fees and you can reach a final resolution within as little as two weeks. It is an entirely confidential process.
